The 2 guys I had were awesome!

There was one major disappointment with the service. We were assured that all our belongings could be carried in one trip. However a second trip was necessary and our charges were significantly increased. $1000 estimated, but $1450 actual.

I was going to email you earlier but the days have been quite busy. The three young men were excellent. They were very professional and made the move easy and enjoyable. You are truly blessed by having them on your team.

We would have used you guys more if we new that you would move furniture even within the house. The guys let me know everything that is available which I have never heard before so we will be using you guys again.

I set up a time for a crew to meet me at my new apartment complex. Due to traffic I was running late and called ahead to the apartment complex and asked the staff there to inform the movers that I was on the road and would be approximatley 20 - 30 minutes late and that I would be willing to pay them for their time waiting for me to arrive. When I got to my new address, there was no moving crew present. When I asked the apartment complex staff, they stated that a truck had pulled into the complex and then pulled out 10 minutes later. I had made it very clear to the moving company staff that a member of the crew would meet me or a member of the apartment complex staff INSIDE. No one ever came inside to meet with anyone. They simply left. As a result I was forced to move my belongings alone. The sole reason I reached out to Two Men and a Truck was because I was moving alone and am disabled and would need assistance unloading and moving my possessions. I would NEVER use this company again and would HIGHLY advise anyone who ever asked me to STAY AWAY.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was above and beyond what was expected. The guys were very professional and efficient. The office staff were friendly and easy to work with. Excellent,Excellent service!!! Thank you!

Movers showed up with NO boxes for packing clothes, linens, kitchen ware, nic-naks, hanging clothes, etc. I had planned to meet movers at the scheduled time of 11 a.m., but got a call from friendly office staff that move prior to mine had cancelled and wanted to know if I could meet movers earlier than 11 am. I stated that I had to drive from Orlando, but would try to meet them by 10 am instead of 11 am. Got there before 10, but movers were there already and said that the clock started running around 9 am. The man that handled my original call to you had said that I could pay at loading time, but movers said pay was due at unloading time. Office staff said OK to give movers a credit card, and charges would be totaled at destination and called to me. No call to me has been received as yet. I still do not know what the charges were. Told movers how to get to destination, but they said their GPS would lead them there. Movers called me later that day, said they were lost on a country road and saw nothing but trees (movers took route different from one I suggested).
You need someone in your office that is experienced in asking the right questions of people that call in wanting your services. Maybe then your movers can show up with the right boxes, and the right sized truck. Emptying a studio apartment does not require a truck big enough for a 3 or 4 bedroom house, and should cost a lot less.

My move was flawless. I was quoted 6.25 hours and they were finished in 5 hours. I would and have highly recommended Two Men and a Truck to all of my friends. AWESOME!!!

Need to explain that lamps, computers, and TVs need to be boxed. Also try to be on time and when you are late don't tell me "they will be there in 5 minutes" 5 times.

The only issues I had was that my new bed was scratched and a few days later I found parts (legs) to my bed that were still in one of the drawers under the bed. I'm not sure where they belong, being it's a new bed and it was assembled at the time of the delivery. I would have to take my entire bed apart to figure out where they belong. So, needless to say, I'm not too happy about it.

The movers that came to my previous and new home were more interested in using my bathroom, asking personal questions, asking for water, laying on my couches, laying on my new carpet, and flirting with my daughters! I was extremely disgusted that I put together my own furniture just to have them leave my home. I think this a stalling tactic to gain another hour of payment. I will be looking for another moving service in the future. This was not a satisfactory experience.

We recently moved into 5155 Isla Key from lakeland Florida. The gentlemen showed up on time were very friendly and go right to work. I must say they just didnt work they busted ass. The two guys you have working for you are worth their weight in gold. They didnt take any breaks, stuck to business, were running to pick up and move the next piece of furniture. The move was difficult as a hard tight corner didnt leave much room to manuever. Whatever your paying them it's not enough!!! If they ever come to me looking for work I would hire them just from observing there work ethic. Ones name was Adam a super tall guy and a musled young man. Very impressive.

COMMUNICATION IS A WONDERFUL THING WHEN IT WORKS!!!! Specific instructions were given to the office that entry to Timber Pines should be at the north gate off of US 19 at Pine Forest Blvd. Instead the driver came to the back gate off of Deltona at Abeline. Commercial vehicles are not allowed through that gate. They were held up until I forceably intervened. Specific request by phone was for rental of 6 wardrobe boxes. None was brought. We were told that the truck would arrive at 9 AM and didn't get there until 10:15. All of the above created a very upsetting beginning to the day. Other than the above the move ended ok. The young men were very professional and polite.

A file cabinet recieved a scuff/scratch due to failure to wrap or place something soft between it an the object that was placed on top of it. Otherwise, it was very well packed, the POD traveled over 2000 miles, was moved into and out of two POD storage facilities and the load did not shift.

Jonathan and his company did an awesome job with my move. The guys that came out worked hard and represented the company well.

Mahr and Van Deek, who moved our property, were extremely impressive from their professionalism, to how they handled our property, their interaction with us, punctuality, and conscientiousness of the time so as not to waste time. We will definitely request them when we move from our storage facility to a new home.

I specifically told your moving company on the phone and the two movers when they arrived that my daughter had a very expensive piece of furniture $1,200 + tax. I sent your company a photo of the mirrored buffet piece and also provided the weight which was 350 pounds. The movers waited until last to carry it down two flights of steps while I would have preferred they move it first. I did inquire about this but they said they always carried the boxes down first.

When they finally moved it, I followed them down the stairs and found them dragging it across the concrete. This damaged the bottom of the legs (the color is gone) and also destroyed a white cap on the bottom of one of the legs. It was therefore uneven when set up in her new apartment. The movers denied anything and I was so exhausted I was not able to think.

After they left, my daughter reminded me that they had dragged it which of course is when it happened as that was a new piece only a few months old and was delivered from Z Gallerie in perfect condition.

Normally I tip movers $50 each, but due to this damage, I recommended my daughter not tip them. I went out of my way to insure this piece would be well taken care of and I feel it was not. The smaller of the two men had difficulty carrying it and the larger of the two men would not let him rest when he asked. I thought the smaller man was going to drop it getting it into the truck.

I called Z Gallerie and they are checking to see if I can obtain a new bottom piece and also what it will cost. I am not happy as I went out of my way to insure this piece would be well taken care of which it was not.

I also was not aware that your company charged to use a credit card which put us in a bind. Although it was probably buried in the contract, it would have been nice if this had been mentioned.

My coworkers have used 2 men and my father knew that they have moved many people at Carpenters Estates. The crew that was to arrive was late so I called the office. they were just starting their first job so another crew arrived. Charge began 30 mins. before their arrival then another wait to go back to the truck, get their furniture dolly, etc. 2 items got broken. They told my father they could not but castors on the bed as one was broken. assured him they tried all four sides. I fixed it in seconds after they left. would not move any computer pieces out of box but moved TV and other items out of boxes. AFter move was over the first crew called twice to find out where the building was. told them both times, move done by a different crew. I have a client moving next week. was hoping to use 2 men but will not do so now.

This is my third time using your company. Each time they have been better. This group was amazing. They were professional and helpful. They were concerned about our needs and was able to do everything that we asked. They even offered to unload the car for us. They communicated very well and made this a very smooth move.

I am concerned that I was overbilled. I was quoted $593 based on 4.5 hours. I underestimated the number of boxes, but they were mostly small because I am 70 years old and had to move them around apt, to walls, myself. Matt & Ben carried 3 at a time. Nothing so heavy that either one of them used a two wheel hand truck. I helped them also by carrying loose items, mops & brooms, light boxes to curb myself.
They arrived at my apt at 0815. I believe that the truck was loaded in 1 hour, because I went to apt office at 0915 to return keys and gate pass. They beat me to my house in Villages by only a minute or so, I arrived at 1100. They had very easy job unloading because I let them leave a lot of boxes in the garage because small K, LR and BR filled up quickly and it was getting difficult for them to pass each other and me.
They finished at exactly at 1152 per my digital watch. Matt said he had to go to truck to recompute my bill. When he came back, he had raised the number of hours to 5.3 and billed me $753 without protest--to him, I knew this opportunity would arise. They also took a much shorter route than I did. Their mileage was probably only 80; whereas, I went for speed and no stop lights, i.e. I 4 to 429 to FL Tnpk to US 301 to SR 466. Please review this dispute. I paid with check rather than credit card--to save 3% charge--so you would have to mail me a check to 2724 Moncayo Avenue The Villages, FL 32162-9599. The movers that were sent to my apartment were really wonderful. Jonathan and Matt were energetic, polite, and efficient. I could not have been more pleased. When the office forgot to send out wardrobe boxes, they helped me come up with a solution to get my clothing moved. They were really awesome and they made my moving experience a very positive one.

The guys did a good job except there were some wood on wood items that rubbed during the trip. We had two left over furniture pads when they were done loading so it wasn't because they weren't available. Otherwise a good job.

The movers were young and seemed inexperienced. Their attitudes were good, but they destroyed my furniature. Words cannot express my sorrow at the loss of my favorite pieces. It was surreal. Horrible. I certainly did not feel "cared for".

Matt and Wes were great. The only complaint was that they were supposed to be at my home at 1:30 P.M. and did not arrive until 4:28 P.M.
